I loved the beautifully appointed Superior Room with comfortable furnishings and a spacious bathroom. The hotel's prime location made it easy for me to access the stunning palace gardens and the shopping area, perfect for leisurely strolls.

Breakfast options could be more varied.

Room decor feels outdated!!! Gym facilities are nonexistent!!! Increased attention to maintenance issues could really enhance the overall experience!!! Parking fees seem exorbitantly high for a hotel of this caliber!!!

I loved my stay at Althoff Hotel Am Schlossgarten. The room was beautifully appointed with a Nespresso machine that provided quick coffee in the mornings. The bathroom was spacious, complete with large towels and robes. The hotel's location was convenient, being opposite the main train station and adjacent to excellent shopping and dining options.

The breakfast buffet had limited options.

The staff were friendly, I mean, like they were genuinely happy to help with anything. Oh, and the coffee making facilities in the room were a nice touch, it's the little things that matter when you're nursing a hangover.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but you know what, it was still reasonable for what we got.

Additionally, the attention from the staff was remarkable, making me feel truly welcomed throughout my visit. However, the breakfast options could use a bit more variety.

Our stay was fantastic, especially the lovely breakfast from the balcony overlooking the park! The staff was incredibly warm, remembering our names and preferences, which was lovely for my elderly parents. We even enjoyed a day trip to the Black Forest, which was breathtaking.

In my wife’s opinion, including more family-friendly dining options would help.
